- Our Online Vestibular Insights Sessions take place monthly and are FREE for members. Non-members can join one of our online sessions for just £6 per session.
- Our Vestibular Insights Day is an annual, in-person event, giving you the opportunity to meet and talk to others, plus hear from expert speakers with hints and tips to help you understand and manage your vestibular condition. - Mindfulness - 28 April 18:00-18:30 (online event) - Liesl Savage, Gentle Minds Mindfulness Coaching. Information and practical session. As well as being an experienced mindfulness coach, Liesl also brings a personal knowledge of vestibular conditions having been diagnosed with Ménière's & vestibular migraine.
- Vestibular Insights Day, London - 16 May 2026 (in-person event). An all-day, in-person event. Hear from a variety of speakers and meet others with a vestibular condition.
